I've updated the doc to Version 2. I couldn't find any rogue formatting in the source file to fix. I am going to print out a copy myself to see if I have the same issue.
Like your YouTube channel, this D23 Helper is great content, thank you. I read it on my computer, but would also like to print it. I think what the other user is seeing is what I'm seeing too: page 2 and 3 are 11x17 sized pages (so two letter pages, landscape, side by side). It seems like you intended this to be a 6 page document, but the PDF shows up as 4 pages: a letter page, two 11x17 pages, and a letter page. Printing it is tricky. It might be a setting on the export to PDF.
