The Pressure Point is defined as X. So in the Outcome Table, you roll under X (your pressure point) to get a "Yes" outcome. As the Pressure Point lowers, a "Yes" outcome becomes less likely.

If you're still wondering, this is meant to be printed and folded into a PocketMod. That's why the pages are upside down. The creator hasn't released a screen readable version. The A4 vs Letter files are for printing on different sized paper (most of the word vs US).

Like your YouTube channel, this D23 Helper is great content, thank you. I read it on my computer, but would also like to print it. I think what the other user is seeing is what I'm seeing too: page 2 and 3 are 11x17 sized pages (so two letter pages, landscape, side by side). It seems like you intended this to be a 6 page document, but the PDF shows up as 4 pages: a letter page, two 11x17 pages, and a letter page. Printing it is tricky. It might be a setting on the export to PDF.
