itch.io's email support is rather slow, but the form I linked to should send an automated message with the download links. Maybe it arrived in your spam folder? If the mail didn't arrive, could you send me a message (perverteergames@gmail.com) with the email address with which you have bought the game (with the purchase receipt attached, if possible)?
