Did you install this on v0.15? Or v0.15.1? This seems to imply you didn't have v0.15 at all, and patched v0.14 to v0.16.
Previous file said .15 full.
.16 Patch files were added to data, as instructed and overwritten.
.16 full finished d/l'ing and it is starting normally.Something is clearly different between the two.
FWIW, same thing happened for me, install was previously patched using the v0.14 -> v0.15 patch.
