It was v0.12, that was the last time I was able to support apk, now the game is just too big even with a ton of compression.

Yes, fan ultra compressions exist. Runey is saying the last the game was officially able to be an apk was v0.12.
You can still ultra compress if you like. Image quality will be severely reduced though. After all, the game is already at 90% compression.
