Nice aesthetic and blend of styles! Ilked the congas and the synth movement, It really gave me some Tank ibes from the cowboy bebop opening, specially at the beginning, super nice. I like the groovy layering and the instrument hierarchy, I think they were very well chosen.
A very nitpicky point: I think you were going for that kind of caracteristic super wet sound of the 80s, but I think turning the reverb down a bit in some elements like the bass arps can help to make all the layers more legible. Point out that it is not mjor problem, and also is up to tastes and styles, I don't consider this a mistake :)
