Definitely a funny intro! I noticed "this... didn't go well" is written on the game's page, so I applaud you for submitting something you don't feel went very well, it takes courage to do so! Also, don't beat yourself up over what you made! As the lead of a software development team, I find myself giving this advice/encouragement to my team at times, and I feel it applies here as well:

  • "You know more now about X, than the best person to ever X once did."

This applies to pretty much everything, so whether this is making software, music, art, etc. this applies. Game jams are supposed to be fun, and what matters here is that you took time to build something, you learned from it (everyone learns in game jams, even professionals), and are better now for it! Happy jamming!
