i know the thing is its slow
10 is pretty substantial for starters, you can Grind all to 10 if you wish, it's what I did.
If you truly had enough New Game+ has a Setting for Stats.
Actually, NG+ only lets you keep or reset your stats. Only way to change them without grinding is to start a whole new character :/
