Hey, thanks for the kind words and I'm glad you're enjoying the game! :) I'd really like to do more wholesome scenes with the kids too, but it's an optional system that a lot of people turn off, and as a solo dev I have to be very careful with my time and try to give everyone as much content as possible every week :/

As for the relic, yes, it's an important decision. The game has given you hints throughout as to what the "correct" choice is, but even if you made the "wrong" one, you will be given a chance to remedy it if you explore Act Three carefully :)
