stupid question here, please help. I'm on day 2 and i dont know how to progress. quest book says i need a license, where to go? old comments says i need to talk to talia, but she has no any dialogue mentioning license. i cant skip to the next day too, my character says he is not sleepy yet.
You may need to wait another day or two. And in order to sleep, it has to be night time; use the little arrow in the bottom-right to change the time of day, and then go right to bed. That'll do it. (Just make sure you've had your "fun" in the breeding pen for the day beforehand, or you'll waste what energy you have left)
You need to be on day 3 to do the license. if you having trouble here's some stuff to help you. I post this once every 2-3 months for any new players that need help.

Before I start giving solutions gonna have to say, make sure you are on the most updated version of the game gotten from their patron its free. If you are on the wrong version these solutions may not help you.
1. I assume the reason you want to find Katelyn is because you have a quest that isn't complete in the book? One of the quests is a known bug where you have already completed it but it doesn't move to the completed tab. However if this isn't the quest Katelyn can be found in the office on the ground floor(door near the stairs) for most of the quests.
2. Aright little info but I will post a few things that may help you here. There are roughly two quests that are dragon related that I can remember. The first is the dragon hair quest which a lot of people struggled with due to the fact you have to have answered all questions with Elizabeth correctly since you met her. I stated that in my walkthrough so hopefully it isn't this quest as you have to play the game over from day 2 if you answered wrong on your first meeting with Elizabeth. The second quest is after you get the hotspring forest unlocked you enter the map during the day to trigger a event where you run into a dragongirl. This should start the dragon quest and after the meeting you work on getting gold pieces to unlock the dragongirls for the farm.
Edit: Forgot to mention if these don't work or if they aren't the part that you are working on feel free to give me more info on where you are stuck and I will try and help you the best I can. However if these are the points you are stuck and even after 5-10 in game days you can't advance then the game most likely bugged out and you will have to reset as the game won't advance after getting the bug. Like I mentioned in my walkthrough the game is REALLY REALLY buggy and unfortunately for a few of the bugs you have no other choice then to reset and start from scratch if you get them. Granted this is one of the worst ones to get : Quests sometimes bug out leaving you stuck an requiring a reset, paying money (i.e the lighthouse) having it stolen and nothing progressing.
Wanted to know about both dragon-related quests haven't been able to start either, in fact I don't even have the hot spring forest on my map.

Just had to make sure as a lot of people on itch aren't on the latest version and when they read comments for further events in the game they get confused why they haven't gotten them.
To start the Dragon hair quest you have to be after the first collection day(day 33) and go to meet Katelyn in the office door near the stairs, She mentions stuff about another farm and how they have mermaids and that they need a exotic attraction as well. This starts the quest I have it covered in my walkthrough. {You may need to have Rika's light house quest completed before this pops it might not be tied to the collection event been awhile since I played through the game.}
After finishing the dragon hair quest you get the hot spring forest unlocked automatically so you should have no problem there.
Also I doubt you have the Rika questline finished as you need to have the witch unlocked to finish her questline, which you don't get till you finish the dragon hair quest lol.
Finally I redownloaded the game and it seems the bug for the quest not being shown as completed has been fixed as it wasn't in the quest log anymore. So this shouldn't be a worry sorry for giving outdated info.
