Unfortunently not. I uninstalled all C++, installed everything out of the ZIP, and rebooted the computer. I also proceeded to Uninstall and reinstall NC (0.9 Old Build) Additionally, I also tried installing the individual MSVCP.DLL files, which only resulted in other files being missing. MSVCP120.DLL, MSVCP100.DLL, so on and so forth. By installing the individual C++ files lead to different MSVCPxxx.dll error messages that eventually looped back to some of the original errors. Here on Windows 10

Then I dont really know why this happens... Installing Acrobat Reader worked for some people, otherwise I dont know any more solutions :c

I was curious about an emulator and whether or not it would run on one. Purhap something that emulated an older version on windows or something
