Unfortunently not. I uninstalled all C++, installed everything out of the ZIP, and rebooted the computer. I also proceeded to Uninstall and reinstall NC (0.9 Old Build) Additionally, I also tried installing the individual MSVCP.DLL files, which only resulted in other files being missing. MSVCP120.DLL, MSVCP100.DLL, so on and so forth. By installing the individual C++ files lead to different MSVCPxxx.dll error messages that eventually looped back to some of the original errors.
