Was it deleted by Windows Defender?

We recently had a problem where Windows Defender would incorrectly conclude that the game had a trojan attached to it:

Try opening Windows Defender, Update your Definitions, then reinstall the game.

If that doesn't work, please comment in the Windows Defender thread or send me an email.

No idea. But... how do I get the game back? I opened the page I downloaded it from and there was nothing there except 'Buy game 9.99 USD'

There are a few ways to get the update:

  • Download it via the itch.io app: This is an easy way to manage the installation and only download what's new.
  • Download and extract the zip file:
    • If you've linked it to your itch.io account it will show up on the game page.
    • If you downloaded it but didn't create an account, find your original email that has the link to it.

Did you get an email when you bought it? If you go to the page it links to, you should be able to tie the game to your account as well as download it.
