You clearly don't understand what Netorare is. 
Whether you use my definition or yours - your understanding of the term is still wrong - and that's the problem.
For one to cheat, they would first need to be in a relationship. Implied relationships (aka unofficial ones) or unrequited feelings (obsessed, etc) don't really apply here. In fact, there are tags for each of those genres.
- Can you point out anywhere in my work where the main character has taken another man's woman? It doesn't exist in game.
- Can you point out any place where the main character is in a relationship with anyone? It doesn't exist in game.
- Can you point out any place where any of the women are in relationships? It doesn't exist in game.
- Can you point out any point in the story where the main character's significant other sleeps with another person? It doesn't exist in game.
None of these instances exist in the game.
