Also, remember that more than your in-game choices (which are hints to better understand the story, in fact there's a secret hidden in one of them that might require some additional research) finding all the needed informations to correctly answer the "Post-probe report" is fundamental to get the "real" ending.
All the elements required are right there, scattered throughout the whole game, so getting them is not a too difficult task. 😉
