Oof, thats a bummer. Awesome streak though! I don't know if this will help in your situation, but if you press down on the d-pad while long pressing to color shift, it will cancel the action. Just an FYI.
The long press to color shift actually is an alternate control scheme. It was added v1.1.0 to address fidgety crank behavior - you used to only be able to color shift with the crank.
