I sent a support email on Aug 9 of this year from the email address registered to this account  in regards to not being able to comment on games profiles from my Raging_Moose account. someone mentioned that usually, this happens if the account has been banned and I'm. unaware of the why if that is the case cause all I've done is comment on game profiles though I did have a game development page show up on my account as if it was my own project and deleted it as soon as I seen it

Please contact support using the email address that owns the account, otherwise we can not provide help for that account. I don’t see any active support tickets for the account your asking about. (And generally, we can not provide information for another account, as there is no proof that you are related to the original account)

how long does it usually take to get a response back? Im able to login to the account in question.

It shouldn't take this long usually, but did you send e-mail from the e-mail address associated with the account in question? Either way, I'll let an admin know.

no I sent it from the email associated with this account, but replied to the email sent back saying they received the first one with the email address linked to the account in question

Jam Banned?  my hope is to at least find out why the account got suspended if I can't get them to undo the suspension
