Very creative. I kind of wanted to know the cause of the pain before it ended, but apparently I have a very good chance of a good ending so there is that :)
Well, I had the idea to add a little bit of explanation that the doctors couldn't find ending. And if you had the very good ending they would have finally figured it out.
