This is super interesting concept with high polish.

Most annoyingly, block movement is quite inconsistent, sometimes blocks are placed on each other and sometimes move through each other.

Level 6 took some luck for a person to be randomly launched upwards just below the star (it happened a few times before, but in wrong locations).

In the level 7 I tried to specifically arrange blocks to make a small gap, that will launch the person to the star, eventually succeeded. I don't see how I could solve it properly (at least with current inconsistent block moving).

Are you from USSR?

Nah, I’m American.

Spoilers for level 6 and 7: the idea is that you position the blocks in such a way to get the shadow person moving back and forth on the right wall, then you reposition them quickly to create a ramp up from that side to the star. Both follow this concept while providing different blocks to accomplish it. Alternatively, as the name of level 6 implies, if you can get the shadow person stuck below the star, they can just jump right into it if they’re close enough (they only jump when they think they’re stuck and can’t move).

then you reposition them quickly to create a ramp up

That's what I initially tried, but the block movement seems too inconsistent to do it without many-many attempts.

Yeah, the shadows had to be low resolution for performance reasons, and requires very precise movement unfortunately. Such are the compromises for game jams.
