At the chapter Repo man towards the end the spawn point gets all messed up and you get stuck outside the map

Thank you, this bug is already being investigated and should be fixed in the next update.

On the map Priority behind the ship, one can swim through the river and at some point the river floor ends and you fall of the map without dying. I don't think this is intended.

Okay, so I got killed by the police driveby the first time, but now the doctor won't... actually say anything. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do.
