I'm not sure what your first question is. Could you rephrase to help me understand better?
As for the second question, MC wants to give Bliss the opportunity to tell him herself. There's also a lot that's going to be explained in this upcoming release. Some things will make more sense once you've played through the rest of Chapter 2. I'm aiming to have it out mid-August.
