Antivirus doesn't let me download my game.

My game is for some reason marked as a virus. It wasn't the case earlier. I tried downloading through other browsers but the results were similar. There's no "download anyway" option.

Note: Can you please update the title of this topic to better reflect the issue, so it may help others that may have a similar problem in the future.

This type of error message is outside of our control. Browsers run their own security lists and if a file has a record of containing malware then the file may be blocked at the browser level. Additionally, any security software on the end-user’s computer may also interfere with a download.

I highly recommend you upload your file into https://www.virustotal.com/ as it will show you virus scan results from many different malware scanners. This may help you identify the issue.

Also, one thing to consider, if your computer is infected with a virus, it is possible that this virus is infecting exe files on your computer in order to spread itself. You may be uploading a virus without your knowledge.

Done it.
What I found strange though is that when I first uploaded the file there were no warnings (well, besides the one about the file being rarely downloaded) and got downloaded without the hitch. I didn't change anything since then. I uploaded the file into virustotal and it got flagged by 8/68 antiviruses. Not sure what might be the reason.

Server-side malware scan doesn't show anything, and your game hasn't been restricted in any way. Check your antivirus first, please.

Wait, so it works out for you? My antivirus doesn't say anything. I checked "Protection History" and it's empty. Real-time protection is off as well.

Ok, apparently protection history needed some time to load. Solved the problem.
