None of these are glitches - if you don't scout the naga, you automatically lose to her. If you scout her, you still have to fight her. You have to dodge the harpy three times to tire her out. The Full Nelson initiating attack will be getting a tweak, but that'll be after we finalize the battle UI. And I don't think any of this even changed in the previous patch.
The entire ritual pregnancy occurs during the scene if you are a virgin prior to it. You won't be pregnant after the scene is over.
