Hello, could you play the game so that this happens to you again, then close the game and navigate to the SortTheCourt_Data folder (it is in the same location as the game's .exe) and locate a file in there called output_log.txt. It would be helpful if you could email that file to support@graemeborland.com so I can see what's going on.
