Thank you for checking the game out ! Yeah, sorry about that, it was a bug that I only found out after the submission was closed.
Accidentally added the 'tooth' item twice on code (it was just an index number), which caused the code to not count the items correctly.
Will try to fix this once I updated the game, thank you again for the kind words !
