Can you let me know if you were doing something particular when it happened, and how often?
For me (except doing the thing I said before) it just happened once because of my wifi.
I think when I aim for long time and jump from high lands. (like from roof)
For me, I was just killing people and climbing up the stairs in Halls, and it said "Cheats Detected"
