I know I will not take the victory crown this jam , but I am incredibly happy with my position (considering this is my first ever game jam) and thank everyone who played , rated and gave valuable feedback for this game . PEACE !

I like the unique idea, but the presentation really isn’t there for me. It feels like you don’t really have impact on the world around you - you don’t effect the world, it doesn’t effect you. Plus, the gameplay doesn’t change that much - after all four children are on the screen, nothing changes. I’d be nice if there were more you could do beyond just move - maybe also add collectables so that you’re encouraged not to camp in one corner for the entire game?

Another thing that I didn’t realize made such a difference is sound. Even if you just grab a soundtrack from Opengameart.org, that makes a huge difference in your game. Try playing one of your favorite games without any sound and you’ll see what a huge difference it makes!

One video I love referencing is this one by Jonas Tyroller where he goes over some game design principles and ways to help improve a game. Maybe you could take a nugget or two from his video!

To conclude: I like the idea of the four children you avoid, but I feel like there was a whole lot more potential here you could expand on should you choose to do so.

Hi John , even I , being the dev , am not too attracted to the presentation . I know I could have done better , but  in the limited timeframe I had , it just wasn't practical . I have a version ready that will add 5 more enemies to the game along with a boss . I will post it once the voting ends (you cannot post anything during  the voting session ) . About the SFX , I  made all sound effects from my mouth along with an OST . Those worked fine when they were run in your desktop , but when I converted it to a browser game , it was all disrupted . In the new version , it is fixed . I appreciate your feedback . PEACE !

its super easy and theres no goal, other than to survive for as long as possible? which gets pretty boring. need to either have more enemies, or make each of them spin and move at different rates.

I have a new version in the works that'll solve all your probs , you just gotta wait . Thanks for your feedback . PEACE !

Vortex Bros. , I , from the deepest corner of my heart , thank you for your feedback , I don't know if Mark will play my game , but I have learnt a lot from the jam . Also , this game will still be in development after my exams . Your feedback made sense , even I thought that it is easy to stay alive with your cursor before submitting the game , but I had to click the submit button as I had to go back the studying . Thus , I have decided to keep going on the game and release it professionally . Thanks once again . PEACE :)
