gorgeous artwork!

my envoy of players really didn't like my encounter :(

Developer

Thank you :) The game difficulty is pretty steep for sure. It's frantic action!

Vow, the art style is amazing. I never expected a polished game like this here. Thoroughly enjoyed puppeteering them :)

Developer

Thank you very much! We tried to keep the scope limited enough that we would have time to tighten things up and polish.  Thanks again!

The presentation and the ideas are definitely stellar! The balancing seems a bit of but with the time-limit restriction, almost seems inevitable. Highest score is currently 1 lmao. I like it, maybe add shortcut buttons so I can place the dice faster? Like when the mouse is hovering over a dice and you press 1, it puts the dice into the first guy (Sir chester) if he requests it

Hotkeys would be great. I also think the drop zone for dice is a bit small right now, and the pace is definitely a bit out of wack. I've got to credit my brother for the art design- he's pretty flipping talented.  Thanks for playing!

Man, the game is so hard. My guys just want to talk about politics 😭. Couldn't quite figure out how to get give the players good enough rolls without making it boring for them, especially if most of the dice would be really low. But it's a great concept for a game! Very creative, and I had fun playing it even though my highest score was -109. Presentation was incredible as well! The music and art were spectacular. If this is really your first gamejam I am very impressed!

Developer

Yes. It's pretty overturned. That's what happens when the devs are the only playtesters I suppose :P I might do another balance pass after the jam.  I worked with my brother who's been doing game dev for 5 years, and has several jams behind him. I'm a newbie script writer.  Our project was wall to wall crunch and only really became a thing in the final hours. It's been a real ride for me this jam. Thanks for playing :)

This is just AWESOME!! Nice work. Never had a player ask me to be dm next time, but i think i hit a new high score with -243.

Guess I didn't really understand how to actually play good, but that didn't stop me from having fun :D

Thanks for playing! My advice for high score: you need to try to balance the HP on both sides throughout. That and get the PCs dice as fast as possible.  We are pretty proud of what we came up with, but playing it now I can't help but feel we needed another balance pass or two.

Awesome art and theme! A little tutorial or description would benefit the player a lot, but once you figure out the goal it's quite unique and fun. Nice job!

Developer

Thanks! We just barely squeaked in all the features we wanted- It was my first jam and man is that deadline rough stuff XD.
