Quarter Screen Bug

I just purchased and installed MewnBase via the itch.io app on my iMac (Mojave 10.14) and when I launch it the game shows up in the lower left quarter of the screen. Oddly the mouse tracking is still full screen. I have to guess and use the button focus on the menus to help click around. We've tried full screen mode and high-res mode in all combinations and it is the same result. Noteworthy the game loading screens and loader all run full screen with out any problems.

I wonder perhaps if this is related to the retina screen.

macOS-specific

Game only fills up a quarter of the window on macOS on retina displays Right click on the MewnBase app -> Get Info -> and turn on "Low Resolution Mode". I'll try to see if I can fix this soon so that it's enabled by default.

macOS version just hangs on a blank screen on launch
This usually seems like an issue with macOS's security quarantining. Moving the app into another folder sometimes seems to help. You can also install and run the game through the Itch Desktop Client, which won't have this issue.

Hey! Happy that the macOS version is working for you :O (there's a launch crash for a lot of mac users, but haven't been able to figure out any rhyme or reason to the issue yet).

Out of curiosity, what kind of year/model mac do you have?
