You have a few options:
1) Recolor the dead grass in this asset to green on a new sheet. There's your grass-snow transition!
2) You can make a transparent snow auto-tile by removing the dirt or grass from one of the transitions found in this tileset. With that you can transition snow to basically anything.
3) You can pick up my Weather Effects pack, which has a transparent snow overlay already prepared for you 👍
