I do plan to revamp the start of the game, but have no current plans to add a skip. You can just hold down the CTRL button and get through the opening in 5 minutes, and there's a lot of important stuff there.
That's fair but I mean more as a recurring player, I find the easier it is to restart the more likely it is someone will replay.
