I think he may mean certain parts of the body or outfit, so they don't interrupt with the rest of the outfit... maybe.
Sorry for the delay! I meant to hide body parts. Like as a completionist I'll do every little thing. I just don't wanna see a dong while I do it. It's bias but I think that'd be cool!
You can choose to disable the whole portrait, but not individual body parts I'm afraid.
