It seems to be tied to .3 or .4 submissive or dominant because it gave the same weird number when I was slightly dominant. not sure if it means for every .3/.4 it'll do that but can confirm it's tied to at least .3/.4 for both dominant and submissive.
The bug looks to me to be caused by floating point inaccuracy. Not much you can do about it, but I don't think it does anything other than show a weird number.
