When I click "A Moment of Bliss Chapter One Zero" the only download files are for Chapter 2? What gives?

Every release includes all previous Chapters. You get the full game when you download the most recent release.

Now I am confused. I click on $6.99, go to PayPal, go back to itch.io, and it says Chapter One version 2.01. Is this both chapter one and chapter 2 too?
