Welcome was a game that left me deeply uncomfortable, especially with the simple, yet disturbing message at the end. As someone who has had to deal with sexual harassment in the past, it was an experience that left me anxious and empathetic to others who have gone through a similar experience.
Being uncomfortable wasn't entirely an issue for me. It was an experience which I felt was quite thoughtfully put together, which makes it a valid way of starting the conversation about sexual harassment, and the various social issues we have in regards to what's been brought up in the visual novel.
