I have added laura young to the address book, but there is nothing below U and you can't scroll down.

Do we need to read laura youngs entry to find out the dog name?
I've also had this issue- and it doesn't count Laura as one of the contacts in the address book so I can't complete that task.
You don't need to add laura to complete the task. Or you can add her without viewing her.
Either way, I have completed that task, so it is perfectly possible
