The addition of the Armour was interesting too, it seems to have added a fair amount of durability to my character but its hard to be conclusive as I think I'm quite over leveled for the current content. I did take a lot of damage during a duel with Ashley (I think it was her).
But I have yet to really try the alternate weapon system, since I usually make my build around the primary weapon and I want to stay focused on that!

Ashley does pure magic damage and no current armor gives res, so it's completely useless against her. I'm still deciding how I want to handle it, but I was thinking of adding some lighter armor that adds a bit of RES (maybe robes?). Against normal enemies tho, Heavy Armor makes you nearly invincible.
