I did a few runs on two different devices and wasn’t able to reproduce the bug… I will continue to investigate this… if you have any more info to share, please do! If it happened two out of two times for you I would think I’d be able to reproduce it and find the cause.

Yes, it's weird. I took a screenshot the second time : 
The last time I got bugs which were hard to reproduce it was because my Regional Format was not US (nor UK ...), I may try to do a run this way when I have some time.

Ok, it worked when I did two things : changed the Regional Format to US and launched the game as an administrator, not sure which of the two things did the trick but one of the two probably did.
