Most of the bugs you mentioned are p much "features" from the engine I used ;3 Tbh it's not made to play Point&Click Games on it, so there are some things that are not v optimal^^"

The options are irrelevant for you! If I had more time , I'd prob just try and take them off the menu. (They're just standard RPG Maker settings) The same goes for HP/MP. I'd have to go into the script to remove them from the menu (and I usually do that, but I didn't have enough time TvT)
The security error is news to be though :oc Pressing Esc (or the X-key iirc) should take you back. This is the first time I've heard of this, so I'll try to look into it!
