First, you need to get the Elven Book from the shop at the Royal City. Then, go to the slums and go to Sonia's house. You will find an elf there that will trade the book for an Elven Dictionary. Once you get the dictionary, you can now go talk to the elf girl.
I know this is like 3 years late,but I have just finish the plot of the Valkyrie training ground and before brassworth,but i cant seem to find the elf girl even after talking with the fortune teller succubus a few times,any help there?
The elf girl is in Sonia's house/orphanage in the slums of the Royal City, while the book is at one of the shops. I haven't played the current build of Seeds, I'll edit this if this is now wrong
Well according to the fortune telling girl,she should be in the forest west of royal city.
but the only "infertile elf girl"I can find is in the elf kingdom by the statue,but after completing her quest, her request is still seen by the fortune teller
