Ok, that's because I was an idiot and forgot to tick the SharedArrayBuffer option (which is required for Godot thread type exports) I was testing on localhost 🤦‍♂️

So it's now working on desktop but not on phones :/

still not on my Mac it seems. Tried Safari and Firefox. The loading bar completes, then i'm left with a roaring circle thing.

After some digging I found this https://caniuse.com/sharedarraybuffer it seems quite recent, except for chrome which got it in 2018. Not using it in my case throws everything out of sync :(
