A very cool idea and   good game. It was kind of awkward for me when the menu at the right was out, but that might have just been my heavy handiness.

Developer

Thanks a ton for the review!

I could see why you think the panel on the right is quite abnoxious... That is why I added the little panel open and close button... But it is still very big and abnoxious... I was thinking about making it a bit smaller but it became hard to actually press the buttons...

Might be good if a button opened and closed it like middle mouse button. I also noticed a bug where you can use the box to move the arrow before hitting start.   However, it definitely has  great potential,  keep up the good work :)

I really liked the idea

Thanks a lot mate!

Nice puzzle game. I wish there was a music/sounds too. I has some issue: sometimes laser cannons are invisible o_O

Also, its quite hard to drag "mirrors" and "planks" - if you move mouse too fast, mouse leaves mirror/plank hitbox, dragging stops.

Thanks a lot for the review!!

Even i wanted to make music and sfx.... I thought of making them in the last 3 or so hours coz I finished the game, but then I realized unity WEBGL is a big pain to export...

About the issues :

1. I have never encountered that bug... maybe try refreshing the page...

2. The solution for this is making the colliders bigger and that is what I did, but once I built the game due to the bigger colliders the lasers completely stopped working...

Ah, 'not enough time for this' - every Jam problem :) Same thing with me - wanted to add axes and spears to enemies, but had no time :)

Developer(+1)

'Not enough time' is literally the curse every game dev doing a jam has to encounter xD

Great game idea, I wanted to create a level editor for my own game, cool to see someone did something similar

Developer

Thanks a lot mate!!

Yet to play your game coz I didn't have time but I'm looking forward to try it... I shall post a review on yours once I play :)

idea good, but game not very intresting.

Developer

Thanks for the review!

Sorry you didn't find it that interesting...It might have been a bit more interesting if I could implement all the features but I didn't have that much time.

Tip: to prevent pixel sprites from being blurry, set the Filter Mode to Point(no filter) in the Unity inspector. Really good idea, it would be nice if you develop it.

Developer

Thanks a lot for the tip mate!

I'm not sure whether I will develop the game more or not cause I am already working on a main farming game but I will surely try if I have time :)

I like the artistry.

Mouse controls were a little wonky, but I think that was just on my end. Very well done, good idea for a game.

Developer

Thanks a ton for the review!

The mouse controls are a bit janky in the game too, i tried fiddling around with it and this was the best solution for the mouse controls

The idea looks like it has a lot of potential, I however didn’t manage to pass level 2 because my glass wasn’t reflecting the laser, if you have a tip here I would appreciate https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/331185901172686849/968116922879201281/unknown.png

The laser system is really buggy because i didn't have a lot of time to work on it...

The lasers only work at specific angles and positions, i have beaten all the levels it just takes a long time to perfect the position and rotation...

I'm sorry that it is a bit annoying, i dont think i'm allowed to change the game once submission so i cant change the laser system either

Really sorry again that you couldn't completely enjoy the game!!

Don’t worry, no need to be sorry, gamejam is all about experimenting ideas!

I managed to pass it after a few try, as I said in my other comment I really like the idea, reminds me of these flash games I used to play when flash was still there

Developer(+1)

Thanks a lot mate! I loved flash games back in the day and they somewhat inspired this game...

love the little people

Developer

Thanks a lot dude! I tried to make them as cute as possible with both the sprite and the animations... I guess it worked :)

I like the idea and look. Well made for a game jam

Developer(+1)

Thanks a lot mate! Really appreciate it! I played your game too and it was amazing!!

Interesting idea. Has potential but currently very hard to control. Well done though!

Developer(+1)

Thank a lot for the review mate :)

I initially wanted it to be a easily controllable game but due to how unity has to handle reflections and raycasts it became very hard to control... I didn't have time to fiddle with it an fix i too because i already lost almost 12 hours to time zone issues and other problems

Submitted(+1)

Ah that sucks when there's a blocking issue like that. Still it's a cool game and I can see what you were going for.
