Just a suggestion but what if you made it possible that male's could get pregnant without having to have vagina's but it is almost impossible without the fertility pill being used on either one of the males be at the one receiving for the one giving.
Be a bug with the model I'm playing because I could have sworn that I activated the pregnancy with the male function in it I may have not just wanted to state that just to be clear I wasn't saying that your game isn't amazing just that I had that problem occur that my all male character physically was not capable of becoming pregnant without having the vagina even with the fertility pill I may not have had the function active though.
