I like the idea of time management based gameplay and I think it's well executed, but I don't think grinding for exp is something particularly suited to the game and it would have been cooler to base upgrades around powerups or something else that you have to work for short-term. Good job though!

The exp is on purpose to better fit the theme, you play as a game developer starting without any skills and you become better by working hard :)
