What's inside the WonderfulWhims folder?
Is there supposed to be a screenshot there?
Cause I don't see anything I'm afraid.
Your WonderfulWhims mod files are one folder too deep.
The correct location for the mod is Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods/*one folder max*/*mod files go here*.
The game can't see the mod because it's buried too many folders deep.Move the files up one folder and it should be alright.

If you don't know how to do that, use Google to find a tutorial on how to move folders in Windows!
