Remove all copies of WonderfulWhims from your Mods folder and download and install it again from the ground up, see if that changes anything.
Have you tried doing the 3 steps at the bottom of the notification?

Sounds like you're looking for attractiveness preferences in CAS, but they're not a part of CAS, they are located in-game, under the Wicked menu.
If your game is up to date, make sure that the Script Mods are turned on in the Game Settings.

Having WickedWhims and WonderfulWhims installed at the same time will cause issues.
Just stick to using one you're comfortable with and remove the other!

Yep, the mod files themselves (.ts4script and .package) can't be located more than one folder deep in your Mods folder.

It sounds like the savefile you're loading into has Sims/lots that use CC or pack content that you don't have.
It's ok to be ignored, the content you don't have access to just won't be there.
No, we don't really keep old versions around and it's always best to keep your game and your mods up to date!
