What's your version of both the mod and the game?

Sounds like the mod is installed too many folders deep and the game cannot detect it.

The mod files: Script and Package cannot be located any deeper than /Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods/folder (for sorting mods for example)/files go here. 

Otherwise the game will not find the files.

No need to activate anything, if you installed the mod correctly and turned on Script Mods in the game it should work.

Oh, I haven't played the Royalty pack yet so I wasn't aware of the new WooHoo location. TURBO did confirm that they're not supported yet so it'll likely be addressed in the next release of the mod!

Got any other mods installed? If you do, can you test with just WoW?

Hm... does this happen on one particular save file or are new, fresh saves affected as well?

I'm not sure I understand the issue.

Remove all copies of WonderfulWhims from your Mods folder and download and install it again from the ground up, see if that changes anything.

Have you tried doing the 3 steps at the bottom of the notification?

Please go to the Main Menu of the game and tell me the number at the bottom of the screen. Or send a screenshot of it.
