Why would the mod need an update?
You have both Wicked and WonderfulWhims installed at the same time which will break your game and cause issues.
WickedWhims and WonderfulWhims are both at their base the same mod, which is why they're not able to work together.
If you have one installed, there's no need to have the other installed.
Just pick whichever one you feel comfortable using.

Ah well I got a little bit confused.
Right now WonderfulWhims attractiveness doesn't show up in CAS, only in-game by clicking on a Sim and choosing the preferences that way.

Starting off - it looks like you have two copies of WonderfulWhims installed so remove one of them and see if that itself changes anything.

There's no need for an update, the mod works fine with the latest game version!

Can you try downloading and unzipping it again?
You must've removed the file or lost it somewhere during installation.
Make sure that Script Mods are turned on in the Game Settings and that the mod isn't installed more than one folder deep in your Mods folder!
Just try downloading and installing the mod manually, it's actually pretty damn easy and you cut out the middleman!

It might've been caused by the server problems.

Are you sure the mod isn't located too many folders deep inside your Mods folder? If it is, the game will not be able to read it.
Do you have Lovestruck installed? If you do, that DLC does take over some of WonderfulWhims' features, so that might be due to that!

That is due to some recent changes in the game lately. Right now the only way to change WonderfulWhims attractiveness is in-game, not through CAS.
