Your WonderfulWhims mod files are one folder too deep.
The correct location for the mod is Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods/*one folder max*/*mod files go here*.
The game can't see the mod because it's buried too many folders deep.
Move the files up one folder and it should be alright.
