Are you pressing buttons for both wheels at the same time? Pressing two buttons (like up/right would be W+D and I+L) per wheel also helps. If that doesn't help idk what to tell you, it's not that hard getting over his head LULE
So weird, if you look at Igor's playthrough, you'll see he's fast enough to even fly so I'm not really sure if you have a bug or if you're just ultra-slow at tapping
