I'm new to this vn, any suggestions? what route is suitable to play first? and when did the route start to branch?

I would say all the routes are equally good, though in different ways and explaining the ways they are different would spoil them. Just pick one and get started.
In terms of branching, they are basically all separate stories, they branch almost immediately, you'll know very clearly the branching point.
Depends, which of these sounds the most interesting to deal with:
Depression--> Trying and working through the past
Sexual Trauma--> Becoming more comfortable expressing *those* feelings
Nymphomania--> Realizing it can be safe and okay to fall in love
Anger--> Forgiveness
Golden Boy Syndrome--> Expressing/ Not overworking yourself
