I also agree that the controls were quite awkward, and should totally switch to mouse look.
I don't see if pressing space really shoots anything?? I can't really tell, it is either too weak or not doing anything... Or the physics objects got some problems?
Anyways, I like the chill atmosphere of this game. You might want to add a bit more rooms to the map?
